Kwantu Private Game Reserve runs a lodge, hotel, volunteer and education programmes and day safaris in the Eastern Cape. We are using AI to answer enquiries faster, keep our websites and marketing fresh, and cut repetitive admin for our teams.
In this role you will write and test prompts, build AI agents and workflow automations (for example with ChatGPT/Claude, n8n and Microsoft 365), connect them to our booking and email systems, and train staff to use them well. You will work closely with management, reservations and marketing. Remote or hybrid work is possible, with regular visits to the reserve.
